Privacy policy
This page says who we are, which details we receive when you get in touch, what we use them for – and how you can have them deleted.
Who is responsible for the details
Takvårdsbolaget SWE AB (company reg. no. 559254-1766) is the company that decides how your details are processed. We work from Kvänslöv 31, 34194 Ljungby and can be reached at info@takvardsbolaget.se.
What details do we collect?
When you send a request or book a free roof inspection we receive what you type into the form: name, phone number, email address, town or address, which service you are asking about and your message. If you choose to attach a photo of your roof, we receive that photo too.
If you call or email us instead, we receive the details you share in that call or email.
Why do we process them?
Only to help you: answer your request, give a first assessment of the roof, provide a quote, book the work, carry it out and invoice it. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not send advertising or newsletters.
Once you hire us, the details are processed to fulfil our agreement with you. Before that, and for general questions, the basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer your request.
Where are they stored and who can see them?
Requests are stored in our own database and photos in our own image storage, both inside the EU/EEA. Only we at Takvårdsbolaget have access to them.
We never sell your details and never pass them on to third parties for their own marketing.
How long do we keep them?
A request that does not lead to work is kept for as long as it can still be relevant for you and for us – for example if you get in touch again about the same roof.
Details linked to a quote, a completed job or an invoice are kept for as long as accounting rules require, normally seven years.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether our ads lead to enquiries. A measurement is only sent after you submit a form, and Google may only store cookies or use the data for advertising if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Decline", all of that stays switched off.
We only store the choice itself in your browser, plus your language choice. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see what details we hold about you, have incorrect details corrected, or ask us to delete them. If you want us to stop handling your request, just tell us.
