Roof Care

Roof care is usually priced per square metre. As a price guide, full roof care costs around SEK 60–75 per m², incl. VAT, depending on growth and the roof's condition – about SEK 45–55 per m² with ROT (if eligible). Treatment only, without manual moss removal, costs around SEK 35–45 per m², incl. VAT. A house roof of 150 m² usually comes to around SEK 9 000, incl. VAT, with normal growth. You'll always get a fixed price in a written quote after the free inspection.

We gently clean the roof without high pressure, remove moss and loose debris, clean the gutters, and then treat the roof with a product that kills moss and algae.

No, not for roof care. High pressure can damage the surface of roof tiles. We only use a high-pressure washer as preparation when a roof is being painted.

Yes. Moss roots can work their way into roof tiles, and when they freeze this can crack the tiles. Moss and algae also trap moisture that wears down the tiles over time.

Most house roofs take between one and three days, depending on size, pitch and how much growth there is. We give a time estimate in the quote.

It depends on the location, shade and roofing material. Many roofs do well with a check every few years – at the inspection we'll give you an assessment for your specific roof.
