Common signs are moss, algae, dark staining, blocked gutters and a generally tired-looking roof. We're happy to assess the condition during the inspection.
If the tiles are intact but have moss and growth on them, roof care – gentle cleaning and treatment – is usually enough. If the surface is worn and faded, painting may be the better option. You'll get an honest recommendation at the inspection.
