The price applies to an easily accessible house roof and includes a check of the roof and replacement of up to five tiles. You always get a written quote with a fixed price before we start.

Frequently asked questions
From SEK 4 900, incl. VAT, for a house roof that's easy to access, including a check of the roof and replacement of up to 5 tiles. With ROT (if eligible), it comes to around SEK 3 900. You'll always get a fixed price before the work begins.
We go over the roof, find cracked, broken or displaced tiles, and replace or reposition them. You'll hear exactly what we did once we're finished.
For a tile-replacement-only job, the inspection is included in the job price – you get the price upfront. A free roof inspection applies to larger jobs such as roof care or roof painting.
No, we take care of that. If you have spare tiles saved from when the roof was laid, we're happy to use them so the colour and model match.
For approved ROT work, you can normally get a deduction of up to 30% of the labour cost. Only the labour cost qualifies for the ROT deduction – materials, travel and other costs are not included. The deduction is normally capped at SEK 50,000 per person per year, and it only applies if you pay Swedish income tax. Many holiday home owners living abroad may not qualify – always check current rules with Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency).
